massed practice: mass practice is a skill repeatedly without rest breaks, advantage to this is : there is plenty of oppurtunity to improve muscle movement. A disavantage is : poor technique is reinforced fatigue.

practise that involves periods of work and rest
adv- less fatigue, opportunity for feedback
disadv- lost practise time, less muscles memory
