Is information that a learner receives about their performance. Its an essential factor in the teaching and performance process. It's used to reinforce a successful performance, to remove errors and to motivate the athlete.
Internal feedback is from the person performing the skill. usually comes from the persons feelings.
External feedback is from the other people and consists of information that is sent to the athlete from an outside source. e.g the coachs voice.

Feedback is telling the learner how the performance went and what they could do to improve and get better results.
Internal feedback is from the person performing the skill, usually from how the person feels. An example is in a game of soccer how you feel about your performance will determine how well you perform.
External feedback comes from other people and is information tha is given to the athlete from an outside source. An example is is the coach's voice.
