That with jav you cant use ANY tape UNLESS you have a sore but you still have to show the judges and they will tell you if it is ok and that i honestly thought that that athletics would be very easy but it is not as you need to have a lot more techniques and that everyone has there own way to throwing, kicking, and other different things like with jav you have have to have the pointy bit at the end of the jav it needs to hit the ground first

I learnt that there is a lot of technique in athletics and there is a lot of technology used to improve a players performance e.g. full body suits for swimming, spikes, synthetic tracks.

What I learnt in athletics this year is:
* How technique can improve your performance such as throwing events.
* How to perform specific athletic sports properly
* Training goals
* What somatotype goes with each event in athletics (endomorph, ectomorph)
* How technology can improve performance in sports (spikes, swimsuits)

I learnt that athletics is hard and the techniques that you have to do to properly perform the specific sport. Also the somatypes that diffrent types of sports have diffrent somatypes that help with their sport.

what I learnt In athletics so far this year is that the techniques behind certain athletic events is a lot more complicated then I first imagined, technological advantages can seriously improve techniques for athletes by breaking down technique by technique.
athletics is a lot of fun :P
